Tim Kight. Founder and CEO of Focus 3. A dynamic communicator, Tim combines a unique background of research and market experience to bring practical insights to the challenges of leadership, management, and individual and organizational performance in today's competitive marketplace. Mr. Kight is author of the Performance Driver Model, The R Factor, Leader's Edge, Making the Connection, and Breakthrough Selling. Tim's undergraduate studies were at Ohio State University and UCLA. His graduate studies were at Princeton Theological Seminary and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Based in Columbus, Ohio.

Mike Guider. Mike has been with Focus 3 since 2001. Mike Guider has over 25 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries in both operational and executive management positions. Mr. Guider has held leadership positions in CAP Gemini, Litel Telecommunications, Harris Corporation, Secure Interiors, and IBS Conversions. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology and attended Harris Corporations Executive MBA Program.

Brian Kight. Based in Columbus, Ohio. Brian has been with Focus 3 since 2005. He works with clients in banking, healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing industries. Brian graduated from The College of Wooster with a BA in Communication.

Don German. Don German has been with Focus 3 since 2001. Prior to 2001 he was Managing Partner of Stratos, LLC. Mr. German has extensive consulting, training, and executive coaching experience with engagements throughout North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Based in Houston, Texas.
